GENERAL INFORMATION >> WHAT IS TIME LINE THERAPY ®?
Time Line Therapy® is a very powerful and empowering technique created by Dr. Tad James in the early 1980's.
It is essentially a process of active imagination, whereby a client follows instructions from the therapist in
a process that enables them to take control of their life.
How? By letting go of inappropriate negative emotions (e.g. anger, sadness, fear, guilt, hurt, depression) on past events,
and limiting decisions that you have made (e.g. 'I don't deserve to be happy'; 'I'm not worthy to earn a great income')
that hold you back from achieving everything you are capable of.
One major advantage of Time Line Therapy® over more traditional psychological tools
is that it is largely content free. That means, that you do not have to relive events from your past nor do you have
to share details of your life which you are not comfortable sharing.
Once you take control of your life using this technique, you will easily be able to clearly create the future you want and deserve, and actually take
action to fully achieve it.
